WSP's global Software Asset Management team is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage software licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to support licensing decisions, compliance and optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models, and the ability to operate in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and IT asset management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Experience maintaining licensing records and supporting renewals and audits.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accuracy.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers and models.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records including purchasing information.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and cost optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors.
