Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team and help manage a large, diverse software portfolio across Latin America and beyond. You will evaluate licensing terms, track entitlements, and support licensing decisions in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.

This role requires hands-on SAM experience, attention to detail, and fluency in English and Spanish to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience with licensing
• Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS
• Experience managing a large software portfolio across publishers
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, audits
• Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical attention to licensing details
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records, including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and vendors.
