Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join a global SAM team, supporting licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will apply licensing knowledge in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment to back accurate decisions and ensure compliance.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering, manage entitlements and renewals, track assets and optimize software usage while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and ITAM.
• Experience with multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and licensing interpretation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements.
• Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records; renewals and reallocations.
