Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our global SAM team and manage licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to ensure compliance, optimize costs and deliver timely service.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong knowledge of licensing models, and the ability to move quickly between requests while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Software Asset Management, licensing, or ITAM with SAM responsibilities.
• Experience with multiple publishers and licensing models in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, entitlements and metrics across publishers and models.
• Maintain software asset and entitlement records including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reassignments, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
• Prioritize competing requests in a high-volume environment and drive process improvements.
