Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team responsible for a large, complex software portfolio across Latin America and other regions. You will manage licensing requests, interpret terms, maintain entitlements, and support audits while collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to optimize software costs.

Strong licensing knowledge for node-locked, concurrent, named-user, and cloud/SaaS licenses is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and IT asset management.
• Experience interpreting licensing terms across publishers and models.
• Record-keeping for entitlements, renewals, and usage.
• Ability to manage high-volume requests and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams to resolve licensing needs.
• Support license compliance, audits, and reporting to optimize software cost.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and software optimization activities.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records across regions.
