WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to manage licensing across a large portfolio in LATAM and international regions. You will handle licensing requests, interpret entitlements, maintain asset records, and coordinate renewals while ensuring compliance and cost optimization.

The role requires strong SAM skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and ITAM.
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud/SaaS licenses.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers.
• Ability to handle high volumes and prioritize requests.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication with regional/global stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations, and optimizations.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
