Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team. You will manage software licensing across Latin America and other international regions, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure accurate licensing decisions, timely service delivery and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud), and the ability to handle a high-volume, multi-publisher

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and IT Asset Management.
Experience with node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across models.
Maintain asset and entitlement records, including purchasing/licensing info.
Coordinate renewals, allocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
