Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to support a large software portfolio across Latin America and other regions. You will work with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams to ensure accurate licensing decisions, compliance, and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong licensing knowledge across node-locked, concurrent, named-user and cloud licenses, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Experience interpreting licensing terms across multiple publishers and models.
• Ability to manage entitlements, renewals, license utilization, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements for various publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchases.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support audits and improve software utilization costs.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
