Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our regional SAM team in Latin America, with responsibilities spanning licensing, entitlements and software optimization across multiple publishers.

You will partner with IT, Procurement and Finance to drive accurate licensing decisions, ensure compliance, manage renewals, and support audits while balancing high-volume requests in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience across a broad software portfolio and multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.
• Ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost efficiency.
