Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes from LATAM with a remote-friendly setup. You will document Standard Work, drive measurement and compliance, and partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, and IT to optimize processes across regions.

You will own lifecycle activities across Compensation, Performance, Talent, Equity, and Benefits Enrollment, building scalable governance and reporting while guiding change management and vendor alignment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, Transformation, or process management.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to deliver milestones on time and in compliance.
• Establish and maintain process governance, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with Workday, IT, HRSS, and Data teams to enable design, automation, and data quality improvements.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and playbooks for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and data trends.
• Lead vendor-management activities and align service expectations and value.
• Create change-management plans to support launches and adoption.
