Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, adoption, and governance. The role collaborates with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and data/privacy partners to optimize process design and ensure scalable, compliant execution across regions.

The position reports to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence and is located in LATAM with remote work options.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data-quality measures, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, operating cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including decision rights, intake and prioritization, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with Workday Solutions Architecture, IT, HR Shared Services, and Data & Application teams to enable scalable process design, automation, reporting, data quality, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from voice of customer, cycle performance, and data trends; explore AI/self-service options.
• Lead vendor-management activities, including performance oversight and contractual expectations alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and improvements.
