Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead global HR processes end-to-end from LATAM with a remote-first setup. The role collaborates with centers of excellence, IT, and HR Shared Services to optimize policies, documentation, and automation while ensuring best-in-class talent outcomes across regions.

The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, external vendor coordination, and change management to deliver scalable HR solutions that align with legal and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or transformation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting process performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS and professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for HR processes such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, governance, KPIs, risk, and escalations to ensure on-time, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish process governance including intake, approvals, version control, audits, and escalation mechanisms.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, Data & Applications teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, playbooks, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, cycle performance, and analytics.
• Lead vendor management and service level alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to build user adoption.
