Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes across regions. The role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize processes that improve talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, transformation, or process management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting process performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English and workday or equivalent HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to meet milestones compliantly at scale.
• Establish governance with decision rights, intake, prioritization, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data teams to enable design, automation, reporting, and data quality.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, guides, and process maps for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement based on VOC, performance data, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment and issue resolution.
• Create change-management plans to support launches and user adoption.
