Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including Standard Work, adoption, controls, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize HR processes across LATAM and beyond.

The role is remote-based with a Mexico focus. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in HR operations, Workday experience, and strong English proficiency, with a track record in global process governance and data

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to improve HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, cadence, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, accurate, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish governance with decision rights, approvals, audit routines, KPI reporting, and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable automation, data quality, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, guides, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Lead change management and communication plans to support launches and adoption.
