Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize governance, documentation, and adoption across a LATAM-based, remote role.

You will own process standards, measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives, including compensation planning, performance management, and benefits enrollment. Strong Workday experience and English fluency are required.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years of HR operations or related work.
• End-to-end HR process execution in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy and regional teams.
• Experience developing process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and adoption metrics.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS, plus professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes across regions and functions.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, approvals and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, Data, and Workday teams to enable design, automation and data quality.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, guides, and playbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement from feedback and data quality trends.
• Lead vendor management and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycles and adoption.
