Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, measurement, and governance. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to ensure high-quality talent outcomes, while working within a LATAM-based, remote setup.

You will partner with Workday solutions architecture and data teams to enable scalable design, automation, reporting, data quality, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR operations or shared services.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes globally.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Data/Privacy.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent).
• Manage project plans, governance, risk tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, approvals, and KPI reporting.
