Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, drive standard work, governance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize talent outcomes.

The role is part of the HR Shared Services / HR Policy & Process Excellence group and is remote within LATAM. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR Operations, demonstrated global process leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, research, operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, research, and professional writing skills.
• Experience with data interpretation, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business scenarios, decisions, and trade-offs.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
• Gather and synthesize requirements and stakeholder insights.
• Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Develop reports, memos, business cases, and process documentation.
• Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
