Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, ensuring scalable governance and compliant execution across regions. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and privacy teams to optimize outcomes.

This LATAM-based, remote role offers training, career development, and opportunities to shape compensation, performance, and benefits processes for a global workforce.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing and presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data-quality measures, or compliance reporting.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadence, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met compliantly at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including decision rights, intake, prioritization, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with Workday Solutions Architecture, IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable design, automation, and data quality.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement through VOC, performance data, and digital/AI-enabled opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities to ensure value alignment and performance.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
