Zusammenfassung

Veralto is seeking an experienced HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR processes from policy to execution. This remote LATAM role partners with COEs, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and Data teams to optimize processes, ensure governance, and drive automation and data quality across regions.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or BPM.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in global or matrix environments.
• Proven ability to design, govern, and improve HR processes with enterprise partners.
• Experience developing process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English; Workday or similar HRIS experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Translate global process design and policy intent into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity programs, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including decision rights, prioritization, approvals, version control and audits.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, Data & Privacy to enable scalable process design, automation, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement based on VOC, data quality trends, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor management and ensure performance alignment with contracts and value.
• Create change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
