Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes from policy to execution. You will work with COEs, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes for consistent talent outcomes across LATAM and beyond, while enabling scalable design and governance.

You will drive continuous improvement, partner with Workday and HR Shared Services, and shape change-management plans to support global cycle launches and enhancements as part of a remote-friendly,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with COEs, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy and regional teams.
• Experience developing process performance reports, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and outcomes into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with Workday, IT, and HR Shared Services to enable design, automation, data quality, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC, data trends, and automation/AI opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and adoption.
