Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work and governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and regional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality talent outcomes across LATAM and beyond.

Reporting to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence, you will own lifecycle execution for processes such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or transformation.
• Experience partnering with Centers of Excellence, IT, and Legal to design and improve HR processes.
• Proven ability to develop process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and compliance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation, PM, Talent Assessment, Equity, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Establish and maintain process governance, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Workday, IT, HR Shared Services, and regional teams for scalable design and integrations.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and playbooks for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, performance data, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment.
