Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work and governance, with a focus on scalable design and achievable outcomes. This role collaborates across Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize HR processes and ensure compliant, high-quality talent outcomes.

Based in LATAM with remote flexibility, you will shape global HR cycles, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Workday and data teams to enable automation,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in HR Operations or related fields.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Collaborates with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience presenting process KPIs, adoption metrics, and compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes across regions and functions.
• Manage project plans, governance, risk tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Establish governance, approval pathways, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, and Data teams to enable automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and job aids.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, data quality, and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and contract/service expectation alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
