Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, governance, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize HR processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes.

This role is part of the HR Shared Services / HR Policy & Process Excellence team, located in LATAM, and will be remote.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; 7+ years in HR Operations or related fields.
• End-to-end HR process execution in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS; professional fluency in English.
• Experience presenting process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards, decision frameworks, and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risks, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, approvals, version control, audits, KPI reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable automation, data quality, and integrations.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and job aids for consistent regional execution.
• Drive continuous improvement from Voice of the Customer and data trends.
• Oversee vendor management and contract/service expectations.
