Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including Standard Work, implementation, adoption, and governance. The role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and data/privacy teams to optimize HR processes across LATAM and globally.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT and Legal.
• Experience developing process performance reports and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes including governance and controls.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, and data teams to enable scalable design and automation.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement using customer feedback and data quality trends.
