Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including policy documentation, implementation, adoption, controls, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize HR processes across LATAM, with a remote-friendly setup based in the region.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in HR or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Transformation, or BPM.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed setup.
• Ability to design, govern, and continuously improve HR processes across large organizations.
• Proven ability to present process performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HRIS and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent, Equity, Benefits).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and issue escalation at scale.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, approvals, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and regional teams to enable scalable design and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement via VOC, data quality trends, and digital/self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure performance and contract alignment.
• Create change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
