Job summary

Veralto is hiring an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, partnering with CoE, IT, Legal, and Data/Privacy teams. The role is part of HR Shared Services/Policy & Process Excellence and can be remote within LATAM.

You will own lifecycle execution for processes like Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity programs, and Benefits Enrollment, building Standard Work and driving continuous improvement with Voice of the Customer.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; 7+ years in HR Ops or related.
• End-to-end HR process execution in global/matrix environments.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, regional teams.
• Present process KPIs, dashboards, adoption metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes.
• Manage project plans, governance, KPI reporting, and risk tracking.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable automation.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and process maps.
