Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including documentation, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional stakeholders to govern HR processes that drive talent outcomes at scale.

The role sits in the HR Shared Services / HR Policy & Process Excellence team, located in LATAM, with remote work options and opportunities to influence global HR cycles.

Qualifications

• End-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Develop and present process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, and data-quality measures.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design and policy into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes across regions and functions.
• Maintain governance including decision rights, intake and prioritization, and audit routines.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data teams to enable scalable process design and automation.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent execution.
