Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, partnering with COEs, HRSS, IT, Legal, and regional teams. You will shape governance, standards, and continuous improvement across Talent, Compensation, and Benefits processes while enabling scalable design and data quality.

You will drive process documentation, training content, and change management to ensure consistent execution across LATAM regions and functions, with remote collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end HR process execution in global or matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy and regional teams.
• Experience developing process performance reports, dashboards and KPI adoption metrics.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes across regions and functions.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Establish governance, intake/prioritization, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, HRSS, Data & Applications teams to enable process automation and data quality.
