Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead global HR processes from design through governance, collaborating with COEs, IT, and regional teams. The role sits in LATAM with a remote-friendly setup and focuses on continuous improvement of HR workflows across borders.

You will partner with HR Shared Services and Policy & Process Excellence, leveraging Workday and data analytics to ensure high-quality talent outcomes and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or BPM.
• End-to-end HR process execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS (Workday) and cross-functional collaboration with COEs/IT/Data/privacy.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., compensation, performance, benefits enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadence, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish process governance including approvals, version control, KPI reporting, and data privacy alignment.
• Partner with Workday, IT, HRSS, and Data & Applications teams to enable design, automation, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for regional consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement via Voice of the Customer and data trends; explore automation and AI opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management and communication plans to support cycle launches.
