Location: Europe, Remote, and a fully remote role. You will own the hiring across functions, collaborating with leadership to scale beyond 100 employees.

The role offers a flexible, contractor setup with hours aligned to EST time, and an emphasis on AI-driven talent strategies and employer branding. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong English proficiency and collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset and ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and unique sourcing channels.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Conduct structured interviews for technical aptitude and culture fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives for AI talent.
