David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI tech company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will recruit internationally across functions with a strong emphasis on tech, collaborating closely with the CEO and leaders as the team grows beyond 100 employees.

You will map top talent from Tier 1 hubs, help implement AI-driven sourcing, and own the candidate journey from discovery to close. This role requires global sourcing, strong English, and a startup mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent globally, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and AI agents for sourcing.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent to anticipate needs.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical and cultural fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain quality.
• Contribute to employer branding and content for AI talent.
