David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be the third specialist, collaborating with the CEO and leaders to recruit internationally with a tech focus and shape recruitment as the team grows beyond 100 employees.

Location: Europe, Remote. Requirements include 3+ years in recruitment (2+ in tech), startup/scale-up experience, global sourcing from major tech hubs, and fluent English.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to hire for products built on uncensored NSFW content.

Responsabilidades

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and use niche channels.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close.
• Conduct structured interviews for technical aptitude and culture fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
