You will map top talent globally, implement AI‑driven sourcing, and own the end‑to‑end candidate journey, from discovery calls to final close. Strong English, startup experience, and global sourcing are key.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM, etc.
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Perfectly fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented with ownership and a doer mindset.
• Humble and open to feedback in a high‑trust environment.
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored AI models and NSFW content.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI‑first recruitment stack with AI agents and niche communities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to keep quality bar high.
• Contribute to employer branding to attract AI talent.
