Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI tech company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. You will be the third specialist, sourcing internationally with a focus on tech, and you\'ll shape recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

This fully remote, B2B role offers global impact, opportunities to implement AI-first recruiting strategies, and collaboration with the CEO and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience and track record attracting talent from major tech hubs.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented with ownership and a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack, using AI agents and niche communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to final close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to keep the quality bar high.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives for AI talent.
