Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen support readiness by creating knowledge base content and targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS. You will track adoption, analyze trends, and deliver leadership readouts with clear recommendations.

In this role, you will maintain a governed library of approved playbooks, develop KB articles, and enable teams to improve first-contact resolution while embedding responsible AI practices across tools and processes.

Qualifications

Experience building and maintaining AI playbooks and prompts.
Ability to operate in a matrixed environment.
Knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices.
Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content.
Experience tracking adoption metrics and producing dashboards.
Ability to identify adoption barriers and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles for AI tools and products.
Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact resolution.
Track and report adoption and value metrics, disaggregate by persona, region and business line.
Analyze trends to identify barriers and opportunities; recommend targeted actions.
Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes, risks and next steps.
