Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations and Enablement Analyst to strengthen knowledge bases and deliver targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS. You will build and maintain AI playbooks, craft how-to and troubleshooting content, and deliver training to support teams to improve first-contact and time-to-resolution.

You will track adoption metrics, analyze trends by persona and region, and produce leadership dashboards with clear recommendations and next steps.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns, with version control and update notes.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed organization, aligning multiple teams toward shared goals.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data handling privacy, and guardrails in enablement materials.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content, troubleshooting guides, and issue escalation paths.
• Experience tracking adoption and value metrics, with segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
• Ability to deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts (versioned, with change notes).
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for AI tools and products (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths).
• Deliver enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings) to improve first-contact resolution.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze adoption barriers and propose actions such as new playbooks or product feedback.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts connecting metrics to outcomes, risks, and recommended actions.
