Job summary

WSP seeks an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to build knowledge content and enable AI tools for the Service Desk and OSS. You will maintain playbooks, create how-to articles, and deliver enablement sessions to improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.

In a matrixed environment, you will track adoption metrics, produce dashboards, and connect insights to actions, risks, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-team alignment.
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompts with versioning.
• Knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices, data handling and privacy.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content and standards.
• Proven ability to improve first-contact resolution and support efficiency.
• Strong analytics skills with tracking of adoption and value metrics.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts with clear recommendations.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for the Service Desk and OSS.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce resolution time.
• Track and report adoption metrics with segmentation by persona and region.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and recommend actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes.
