Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to support readiness by creating knowledge base content and delivering targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS. You will track adoption metrics, analyze trends, and produce dashboards with actionable recommendations for leadership.

The role focuses on maintaining playbooks, developing knowledge articles, and enabling teams to improve first-contact resolution while driving ongoing product feedback and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment, aligning priorities across teams.
• Develop and maintain reusable AI playbooks and prompts with version control and change notes.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices (privacy, confidentiality, data handling).
• Strong technical writing skills with knowledge base content creation and clear taxonomies.
• Proven ability to enable support teams to improve first-contact resolution.
• Strong analytical skills tracking adoption and value metrics, with persona/region segmentation.
• Experience producing dashboards/readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
• Identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updated playbooks and actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control and deprecation notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) for AI tools.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings) to reduce time-to-resolution.
• Track and report adoption/value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) with segmentation.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and opportunities; recommend actions such as new playbooks or training updates.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts connecting adoption metrics to outcomes, risks, and next steps.
