Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to support readiness by building knowledge content and enabling Service Desk and OSS for AI tools. You will track adoption, analyze trends, and provide leadership with actionable dashboards and recommendations.

The role emphasizes governance of playbooks, knowledge base creation, and targeted enablement to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact support across regions and business lines.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment and aligning priorities across teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns.
• Knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices and embedding guardrails in enablement materials.
• Strong technical writing skills with knowledge base content and content standards.
• Proven ability to enable support teams to improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
• Strong analytical skills tracking adoption and value metrics by persona, region and business line.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to improve time-to-resolution.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics with segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities and recommend targeted actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
