Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen support readiness by building knowledge bases and targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS. The role focuses on improving first-contact resolution, tracking adoption metrics, and delivering leadership readouts with clear recommendations.

You will maintain a governed library of AI playbooks, create how-to and troubleshooting content, and provide walkthroughs and release briefings to support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-team alignment.
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompts with versioning.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, and data handling best practices.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content and standards.
• Proven ability to track adoption and value metrics across segments.
• Ability to produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and translate to actionable improvements.
• Experience providing targeted enablement to support teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed library of approved playbooks and prompts with versioning.
• Create knowledge base articles for service desk and OSS readiness.
• Deliver enablement for support teams to improve first-contact resolution.
• Track adoption/value metrics and segment by persona/region/business line.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and propose targeted actions.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts with recommended next steps.
