Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to support the Service Desk and OSS by building knowledge content and targeted enablement for AI tools. You will maintain playbooks, create knowledge articles, and deliver enablement to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact support.

You will track adoption metrics, analyze trends, and produce dashboards that connect usage to outcomes and risks across regions and business lines.

Qualifications

Experience in a matrixed environment coordinating across multiple teams.
Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompts with version control and updates.
Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and safe-use practices in enablement materials.
Strong technical writing skills with knowledge base content creation and taxonomy.

Responsibilities

Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with versioning.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths).
Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact support.
Track adoption and value metrics and report segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and recommend actions (new playbooks, updates).
Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes, risks, and next steps.
