Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to ensure support readiness by creating knowledge base content and targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS. You will measure adoption and value metrics, analyze trends, and provide dashboards and leadership readouts with clear recommendations.

The role focuses on developing reusable AI playbooks, applying content standards, and enabling support teams to improve first-contact resolution across regions and business lines.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base content (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues).
• Proven ability to develop reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns with version control and retirement of outdated content.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices (privacy, confidentiality, data handling).
• Strong technical writing skills with experience producing knowledge base content and applying taxonomy for findability.
• Proven ability to enable support teams and improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking adoption and value metrics across personas/regions/business lines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control and deprecation notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for service desk and OSS readiness.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings).
• Track and report adoption/value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) by persona/region/business line.
• Identify adoption barriers and propose actions (new playbooks, training updates, product feedback).
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes, risks, and recommended steps.
