Job summary

WSP seeks an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to strengthen support readiness for AI tools, creating knowledge content and targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS. You will measure adoption, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve first-contact resolution.

You will maintain a governed library of AI playbooks, deliver enablement sessions, and produce leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed setting with cross-functional alignment.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge bases (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues).
• Experience developing reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns with version control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts with version control and deprecation notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths) for AI tools support.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings) to improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) by persona/region/business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; recommend updates to playbooks or training and collect product feedback.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts that connect adoption metrics to outcomes, risks, and next steps.
