• Experience working in a matrixed environment and aligning priorities across teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable AI playbooks and prompt patterns.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices for privacy and data handling.
• Strong technical writing skills for knowledge base content and content taxonomy.
• Proven ability to enable support teams and improve first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
• Strong analytics skills for tracking adoption and value metrics by persona, region, and business line.
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes and risks.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and drive improvements through updated playbooks and targeted enablement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks with version control and change notes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce resolution times.
• Track adoption and value metrics and segment insights by persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify barriers and opportunities and recommend actions like new playbooks or training updates.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts that connect adoption metrics to outcomes and risks.
