Qualifications

• Proven EA or closely related experience with a tech-forward mindset.
• Strong travel-planning skills and complex itinerary handling.
• Excellent time-management with meticulous attention to time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own CEO inbox: triage, draft replies with options and recommendations.
• Manage calendar across time zones and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Coordinate travel end-to-end and optimize plans.
• Lead conference prep and logistics for major events.
• Interface with vendors, partners, and household needs as needed.
• Support with admin tasks and automation of repetitive work.
