Convoy Finance is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a remote, LATAM-based role. The EA will manage diverse duties across business and personal logistics, proactively supporting the CEO in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities include inbox / calendar management, end-to-end travel, event coordination, and discreet handling of confidential information. Strong written/verbal communication and proactive mindset are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in startup/fast-paced environment.
• Real travel-planning chops with complex itineraries.
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible mindset—anticipates needs and acts in advance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace).

Responsabilidades

• Own the CEO's inbox: triage and prioritize to ensure timely responses.
• Manage the CEO's calendar and resolve conflicts smoothly.
• Handle travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, cars, changes.
• Coordinate conference and event logistics: booths, registrations, on-site details.
• Liaise between CEO and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism.
• Cover business admin and personal logistics to support CEO's life balance.
• Take on special projects and research with discretion.
