Convoy Finance is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a fully remote role servicing LATAM-based candidates. You will manage the CEO's inbox, calendar, and travel logistics, coordinate conference logistics, and liaise with vendors and partners.
The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong written and verbal communication, and comfort with AI tools. You will operate with a high-trust founder, contribute to process improvements, and ensure seamless executive operations across time
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or strong related experience with tech-savviness.
- Real travel-planning chops with complex itineraries.
- Sharp organizational and time-management skills with time-zone accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Own the CEO's inbox, triage, draft responses, and prioritize timely replies.
- Manage the CEO's calendar across time zones and resolve conflicts.
- Handle end-to-end travel — flights, hotels, cars and rebooking when plans change.
- Coordinate conference prep and logistics for ~10–12 events yearly.
- Loster outbound logistics calls with vendors, hotels, airlines, and organizers.
