Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role with strong tech-savviness.
• Real travel-planning chops with complex itineraries.
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills; time zones are non-negotiable.
• Proactive, flexible mindset; can anticipate needs and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's inbox: triage, draft responses with options and recommendations.
• Manage the CEO's calendar across multiple time zones with minimal friction.
• Plan and handle all travel logistics end-to-end (air, hotel, ground transport).
• Coordinate conference prep, logistics, and travel for conferences 10–12 times a year.
• Manage outbound logistics calls with vendors, hotels, airlines, and organizers.
• Act as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders with professional diplomacy.
• Handle business admin and personal/household logistics to keep life organized.
• Spot repetitive tasks and help automate or systematize processes using AI where possible.
• Tackle special projects and research, presenting findings and recommendations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all activities.
