Job summary

IVCi is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to lead AV sales with strategic, high-energy leadership. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with senior executives in enterprise accounts, and promoting IVCi's Unified Communications, Collaboration and AV solutions.

You will develop a robust sales pipeline, prospect new opportunities, coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Marketing and Sales, and prepare compelling proposals and presentations to win new business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a successful AV seller.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales bookings goals.
• Generate leads through proactive prospecting for new prospects and IVCi customers in Salesforce.
• Develop a strong rolling sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
• Promote IVCi products and services.
• Drive opportunities for IVCi Managed Video Experience services.
• Upsell existing inactive customer relationships.
• Pursue transactional sales opportunities.
• Present the IVCi value proposition in presentations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and PDF overviews.
• Participate in customer presentations and quarterly reviews.
• Attend manufacturer trainings and review literature to present solutions.
• Review bid specifications and outline IVCi requirements, deadlines and risks.
• Support order processing with complete proposals and pricing.
