Job summary

IVCi is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) with a proven track record in AV sales to acquire new enterprise customers and nurture long-term relationships. The role emphasizes strategic prospecting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver unified communications and AV solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in AV sales, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate technology footprints into business growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years' minimum experience as a successful AV seller.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to learn about new technologies, products, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales booking goals.
• Create lead generation through prospecting for new prospects and IVCi customer base in Salesforce.
• Develop and build a strong rolling sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
• Promote all IVCi Products and Services.
• Drive sales opportunities for IVCi Managed Video Experience (MVE) Services.
• Upsell existing customer relationships where appropriate.
• Present IVCi value proposition across services to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Management.
